Everything you need to know before getting started.
General
What is Wkspace?
Wkspace is a B2B SaaS tool that auto-generates structured Attio CRM workspaces and Notion knowledge bases for early-stage founders and small teams. Instead of starting from blank tools, you describe your business and Wkspace generates a complete, opinionated structure tailored to your ICP, business model, and sales motion — ready to use in minutes.
Who is Wkspace for?
Wkspace is built for early-stage founders, operators, and small teams (typically 1–20 people) who are setting up their operational stack for the first time or rebuilding it. If you've ever stared at a blank Notion page or an empty Attio workspace and felt stuck, Wkspace is for you.
How does the generation work?
You fill in a short business context form — your business name, ICP, sales motion, business model, and a few other details. Wkspace sends that context to Claude (Anthropic's AI) which generates a structured schema for your Attio workspace and/or a page hierarchy for your Notion workspace, tailored specifically to your business. You preview the result, then export it directly to your connected tools.
Does it push directly to Attio and Notion, or do I need to copy things manually?
Once you connect your Attio API key and Notion integration token in the setup dashboard, Wkspace pushes the generated structure directly into your workspace. No copy-pasting, no export files.
Can I customize the output after it's generated?
Yes. You can edit the business context and regenerate at any time before exporting. After export, everything lives in your Attio and Notion accounts where you can modify it freely — it's standard Attio/Notion structure, not a locked template.
What tools do I need to use Wkspace?
You need an Attio account (to generate and export CRM structure), a Notion account (to generate and export a workspace), or both. You'll also need API access: an Attio API key and a Notion Internal Integration Token. Both are free to create in your respective account settings.
Billing
Is there a free plan?
No. Wkspace is paid only. Create an account and pay once to generate and export to your Attio and/or Notion workspace.
How does the paid plan work?
Wkspace is a one-time payment product. Pay once and get permanent access to generate and export workspaces for your business. No monthly subscriptions or per-generation fees.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Because Wkspace is a one-time payment (not a subscription), there's nothing to cancel. If you're not satisfied with your generated workspace, contact us at hello@wkspace.tech within 7 days of purchase and we'll work to make it right or issue a full refund.
Do you offer team pricing?
Not currently. One purchase covers one business workspace generation. If you're generating workspaces for multiple businesses or clients, reach out at hello@wkspace.tech to discuss options.
Technical
What Attio API permissions do I need?
You need an Attio API key with read and write access to your workspace. You can create one in your Attio workspace under Settings → API. The key needs permission to create and modify workspace objects, attributes, and lists.
What kind of Notion token is required?
You need a Notion Internal Integration Token. Create a new integration at notion.so/my-integrations, give it "Insert content" and "Update content" capabilities, and share it with the pages or workspace root where you want Wkspace to create the structure.
Is my business data stored?
Your business context (the information you fill in the generation form) is used only to generate your workspace and is not stored long-term. Your Attio and Notion API tokens are stored securely in encrypted form and are only used to push your generated workspace. We never share your data with third parties.
Which browsers are supported?
Wkspace works in all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. No extensions or plugins are required.
What happens if the generation fails?
If Claude fails to generate a valid structure, you'll see an error message and can retry immediately. Generation failures are rare and usually transient (network or API timeout issues). If you consistently see failures, contact hello@wkspace.tech with details.
